Ogun State’s vibrant real estate sector witnessed a notable development as Rematech Properties Limited appointed Sijuade Olalekan, popularly known as Ijebu Rewa, as the company’s first brand ambassador.
The event, held on Tuesday in Ijebu, highlights the company’s commitment to promoting affordable housing and fostering property ownership among young professionals and families.
Ola Isaac, Chief Executive Officer of Rematech Properties and a respected member of the Ogun State Chambers of Commerce, has emerged as one of the state’s leading figures in real estate development.
Known for his strategic approach and focus on sustainable urban growth, Isaac has been pivotal in shaping Rematech’s reputation as a company that blends modern housing solutions with community-centered development.
Speaking at the unveiling, Isaac emphasized the significance of the appointment in line with the company’s broader vision.
“Our aim goes beyond selling houses or plots of land. We are creating opportunities for affordable, sustainable, and well-planned communities that improve the quality of life for families across Ogun State,” he said.
He noted that Rematech’s estates are designed with residents’ convenience and comfort in mind, combining serene environments with essential infrastructure, including reliable electricity, potable water, proper drainage, a well-laid road network, playgrounds, and other facilities.
Isaac also spoke on the company’s commitment to eco-friendly development. “Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. Every estate we develop balances modern living standards with environmental responsibility, ensuring that our communities are green and future-ready,” he added.
On the partnership, Ijebu Rewa expressed excitement about the opportunity to advocate for property ownership, especially among Nigeria’s youth.
“I am honored to represent Rematech Properties. Real estate investment is not just about building wealth, it’s about shaping communities, creating sustainable spaces, and securing the future for our people,” Olalekan said.
He added that the collaboration would also help change the perception around property investment. “Whether you are a first-time buyer, an investor, or a business owner, Rematech provides diverse options and flexible payment plans to make property ownership accessible to everyone,” he noted.
Isaac concluded by urging Nigerians to seize opportunities in real estate, stressing that “the best time to invest in property may have been years ago, but the second-best time is now. Strategic investments today pave the way for security and prosperity tomorrow.”
